Isaiah has earned a reputation as a relentless advocate and skilled negotiator with a proven track record of winning large settlements for his clients. With over a decade handling complex car accident, bicycle crash, and personal injury cases, his experience ensures clients receive compassionate, strategic guidance and aggressive advocacy at every stage of their case.

Before founding Jerez Law in 2019, he gained extensive experience at personal injury and insurance defense firms and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Valorie Vega. Working in insurance defense gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies operate, knowledge he now leverages to recover maximum compensation for his clients.

A resident of Las Vegas, Isaiah was born and raised in Salt Lake City. He earned his degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Fluent in English and Spanish, he loves giving back to his community and is an avid cyclist, bringing the same relentless determination and focus to every case he handles.

Jessica Leyva is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to helping clients in Las Vegas recover the compensation they deserve after car accidents and other serious injuries. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, she guides clients through every step of the legal process with clarity, care, and personalized advocacy.

Before joining Jerez Law, Jessica gained experience working with local law firms where she assisted in personal injury cases and developed a strong foundation in legal strategy, client advocacy, and case management. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures all clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their representation.

Licensed in Nevada and Texas, Jessica focuses on car accident, slip-and-fall, and personal injury cases, bringing determination and a results-oriented mindset to every case she handles. Her goal is always to secure the best possible outcome for her clients while keeping them informed and empowered throughout the process.

Kaylee Havens is a personal injury attorney licensed in Nevada and California, dedicated to helping clients secure justice and fair compensation after car accidents, premises liability incidents, and other personal injuries. She supports clients with clarity and care throughout every stage of their case.

After graduating cum laude from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she served as an article editor for the Chapman Law Review, Kaylee began her legal career advocating for clients in civil and criminal litigation. Her expertise in case preparation, motion practice, and courtroom strategy makes her a strong advocate for injured clients.

Kaylee’s passion for personal injury law comes from her own experience as a teenager involved in a serious car accident. Having navigated her own recovery, she guides clients with empathy and determination. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her four-year-old daughter, boating on Lake Mead, and participating in Nevada’s cultural and community events.

Maria Espinoza is a compassionate and dedicated personal injury attorney who advocates for clients in Las Vegas after car accidents and other serious injuries. Known for her empathy, attention to detail, and strong advocacy skills, she guides clients through every step of the legal process with clarity, care, and personalized support.

Born in Sinaloa, Mexico, and a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNLV in 2020, giving her a deep understanding of human behavior and the importance of empathy in representing clients. She graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2025, demonstrating her commitment, focus, and passion for the law.

Maria brings a results-oriented mindset to every case she handles, helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered as they pursue the compensation they deserve. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys engaging with the Las Vegas community and staying connected to the people she serves.
