You’re invited to Art Over Main, an inspiring evening celebrating local creativity and public art in Downtown Las Vegas. Sponsored by Jerez Law in partnership with Psionic Art Works, this special reception honors the incredible creators transforming a local billboard into a vibrant public canvas.
Come meet the featured artists, connect with fellow art lovers, and enjoy live music curated by Edgar Reyes (@soulkitchenlv). Whether you’re an artist, a collector, or an arts advocate, help us celebrate the visionaries making our city more colorful.

Why the Art Billboard?
Beginning March and continuing through the end of the year, the billboard at South Main St. & Colorado Ave. will feature a different Las Vegas artist each month.
The initiative is rooted in a simple idea: the Las Vegas Arts District does not need another lawyer billboard.
Psionic Art Works collaborated with Jerez Law to curate and manage the rotating artists. The billboard space is fully donated, allowing artists to present their work without commercial or financial barriers. Each artist will have full creative freedom to present their work at a scale rarely accessible to independent creators.
By transforming traditional advertising space into a rotating public art platform, The Art Billboard aims to elevate local voices, spark conversation, and reinforce the Arts District as a place where creativity is not only celebrated, but visibly prioritized.
Additional details about featured artists and monthly unveilings will be announced throughout the year, including opportunities for artists to submit work. Stay tuned and keep creating.

Michael Patrick Thieme – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: No. 052
Michael Patrick Thieme is a Las Vegas-based hard-edge geometric artist who captures the unique Mojave light through structural discipline and precise line work. Transitioning from a professional architecture career to full-time studio practice, Thieme is known for his highly restrictive, meticulous technique of painting lines freehand. Working out of his space at The Arts Factory in the 18b Arts District, his vibrant, optical meditations create powerful visual logic using a strictly curated, limited color palette.
Julie Notaro – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Expanse Rising
Julie Notaro is an experienced mixed-media painter and the founder of Fraiche Arts, a working studio and gallery located inside the world-famous Arts Factory. Her abstract expressionist paintings draw deep inspiration from the natural rhythms of the Las Vegas desert. By blending raw energy with tactile layers of acrylic, oil, and encaustic textures, Notaro builds immersive, vibrant visual landscapes. Her featured piece, inspired directly by local desert flora and wide-open horizons, explores movement, memory, and the raw beauty of the Mojave.

Gear Duran – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Our Voices Matter
Gear Duran is a prominent Las Vegas-based muralist, graffiti writer, and multimedia artist renowned for his monumental public works across Downtown and Chinatown. Blending raw, garage-built attitude with technical mastery across both digital tablets and spray paint, Duran creates high-vibrancy worlds. His art serves as a powerful tool for social commentary and community pride, famously partnering with organizations like the Las Vegas Indian Center to uplift indigenous representation and vital cultural stories.
Recycled Propaganda – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Immigration Nation
Local artist Izaac Zevalking has built a reputation for transforming bold graphic design into social commentary. That creative vision evolved into Recycled Propaganda in 2013—an artistic persona that eventually grew into a permanent gallery space in the Las Vegas Arts District five years later.

Chad Martinez – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Celestial
Chad Martinez, a resident of Las Vegas for over 20 years and Nevada native, studied photography and art history at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, and was mentored by Oakland painter Bob Bruman. He is also founder of the Las Vegas Collage Collective. Working mainly in collage, his art explores urban esoterica, occulture, symbolism, and the syncretic nature of religion and art. Chad’s work has been shown in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Perth Australia.
Trent Larson – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Skin of the Earth
Originally from Phoenix, Trenton began his art career at Arizona State University’s graphic design school, but felt he wanted more and dropped out to pursue a career that had more creative liberty.
Already an experienced painter, Larson gained exposure by offering his services around town to cover walls for little-to-no compensation to get new clients. Now Larson has clients throughout the area with his work especially present in the Art District.

Nancy Good – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Synaptogenesis
Nancy Good is a multidisciplinary artist and teacher who has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 2011. Driven by a sensory condition known as synesthesia, her work is acutely aware of vibrations, translating human connection and search for meaning into vibrant color palettes and multi-layered symbols. Nancy is also a signature member of the National Association of Women Artists (NAWA) and previously operated the CORE Contemporary fine art gallery in the city.
JK Russ – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Nightlife
JK Russ is a Las Vegas-based collage and installation artist. Working with hand-assembled cut-and-paste techniques, her work creates fantasy environments where hybrid human creatures merge with desert flora, fauna, and pop culture. JK’s art subverts contemporary ideals of female agency and has been exhibited widely in institutions like the UNLV Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art and the Nevada Museum of Art.

David Soto – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Kitchen Cupboard
David Soto is a Las Vegas-based artist, originally from Orange County, California. Rooted in drawing and his history in skateboarding culture, David’s work brings together fluid, expressive brushstrokes and bold lines. David operates the ArtWavy gallery alongside Janel Raihl in the Arts Factory, and his prolific work captures the vibrant, living energy of the local community.
Janel Raihl – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: American Dreams
Janel Raihl is a fine artist and Art Ambassador based in Las Vegas, known for her textured, dimensional canvas works and immersive installations. Her art draws heavy influence from natural forms and high-fashion couture. Janel operates the ArtWavy gallery alongside David Soto in the Arts Factory, creating works that center around spreading love, positivity, and a shared connection with the community.

Bex Nikols – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: In Bloom
Bex Nikols is a Las Vegas-based visual artist originally from Anaheim, California. Her work blends abstract expressionism with vibrant color and texture in a signature “sinewy” style. Bex began showing art in the Arts Factory community and now maintains a studio/gallery space in the Arts Factory, creating works that express emotional depth and visual movement.
Eric Vozzola – Las Vegas Artist
Title of Art: Panoramic Delight
Eric Vozzola is a studio artist, muralist, and graphic designer based in Las Vegas, known for vibrant color, geometric patterns, and large public murals. He has created works for major local projects including Life Is Beautiful festival, Meow Wolf at Area15, and public art treatments throughout Vegas and Nevada. Eric received his BFA in Graphic Design from UNLV and transitioned to a full‑time art career after years balancing design and fine art.
